I dont know if i should WILD

Hello,
I don't know if i should continue it.
I've only tried it once and i felt slight pressure total paralysis and numbness i stopped because i was still for a hole 50 minutes.
I have researched about it because my friend was worried it was dangerous.
people have been leaving posts not just in this site but other's too.
people are saying that its so horrific and scary and they want to get rid of it but they cant?
I'm getting scared if i choose to do this i will regret it.
I want to lucid very bad and other methods are not working and it seems like WILD is the most effective.
Please help

Sleep paralysis isn't that bad. In all honesty, I only successfully entred SP once (on purpose) and I wasn't even aware that I was in. Yes, I had the numbing and tingling sensation. It spread from my feet to my hips. I didn't feel a heaviness in my chest though. I laid still for nearly two hours in the middle of the evening and waited. Eventually I had to get up because I had work that needed to be done and I didn't seem to be getting anywhere. Getting up was impossible. I struggled for a few minutes before being able to sit up. It was more like a desire NOT to move more than an inability to move (if that makes sense). I was soo heavy, I just wanted to stay there. After I attempted jumping up I fell down a few times, my legs were weak. All in all, I thought the experience was very funny.

It's just important to keep in mind that SP and the hallucinations that go with it are simply that, hallucinations. It's only bad if you expect it to be bad. It only feels like someone is chokeing you if that's what you think. What happens is ultimately decided by you. Some people do say that the (possible) vibrations can be extremely intense and unpleasant. Personally my first encounter with SP vibrations was the most amazing thing ever. It is very cool to be a human vibrator with amazing HI going on.

SLEEP PARALYIS IS TOTALLY NATURAL. SP will not harm you, if you feel like you can't breathe and fight against it, you may only make the sensations worse. It's best to relax, you'll come out of it in a few minutes. I suggest that you don't give up. True, it is quite difficult to lay still for hours at a time, but I've done two hours straight with no results, but one day it will be worth it.

However, I never push the idea of doing something that you are really uncomfortable with. So, practice the other methods and be patient and then when you're ready for adventure, go back to the WILD. That's all I can really say. I hope this helped!

The real scare, is if you wake up. then you will be scared... since your asleep hmmm confusion. I'm kind of scared myself. Seeing that i know so many people kill them self over SP. It can be very unpleasant if you end up waking up from it. Ull be half awake half in dream-state. Since you feel weird things and cannot move your brain will automatically develop scary monsters etc.
Thats why i don't have enough confidence to WILD yet.

Yes, SP can be scary. In fact terrifying.

While in REM a small part of your brain displays abnormal activity. This particular part of the brain admits fear.
So its widely common for the person to be scared in SP.
However, once you have gone through it enough times you eventually get used to it.

Sometimes the very first SP can be scary, especially if you don't know anything about it. But you have a good start because you already know what it is.
