I've read everybodies experiences with this technique, and it looks promassing. I tried it last night but it didn't work. So I'll try it tonight until saturday, and if it don't work, Maybe i'll try it another week or try something else. It's good for noobs like me because You don't go through sleep paralysis.
FILD = WILD , So just try WILD if you are interested in WILD, but i reccomend MILD if your new to LD's.
I FILD'ed all this week. It normally does bypass SP but I entered it once, but not long.
Fild is a "wake initiated lucid dream" but, is more of a DEILD which is far easier then a WILD. This best works when you wake up from a dream. Good luck with your attempts and remember to reality check after, no matter what :)
