      WILD -> Recall.

      Would someone that has poor recall be able to remember a WILD if they managed to get one? Since your brain is concious the whole time it should be a yes? right?

      Just to add, WILD can be done just as you go to sleep? It won't require any WBTB type initiation?

      Easier than remembering a normal dream, but still not a sure thing.

      Maybe, no, and kinda.

      If you have poor recall, you can still forget the dream. Maybe if you wake yourself up from the WILD... It might be better.

      It can be done. It shouldn't be though. Some people can do it, but not everyone. Try with WBTB first.
