i went to bed trying to have a WILD

i looked at the clock and then laid down and tried to do a WILD

i kept counting 1 i am dreaming 2 i am dreaming 3 i am dreaming 4 i am dreaming... and so forth untill i reached 6 and fell asleep

i had a dream where i was in a school some black chick was trying to rape me with her black friends i got out somehow ended in a train station saw my gf and waited for her to come over to me.... somehow realised i was dreaming

woke up in my parrents living room 1500 miles away from where i am lol summonded the black girl and tried to kill her cause she made me mad shortly after i felt her claw hand rip into my back and felt pain i fell into SP had a false awakening SP again diffrent area then

eventually i woke up and it was around 2 mins later after i fell asleep


so DILD? or WILD?

pretty intersting tho starting a REM cycle as soon as i enter sleep? last night also i got really really really drunk

woke up 5000 times kept dreaming and having half lucid dreams and kept waking up while i was talking and thinking i was awake and said shit when i was sleeping

lol i drank way to much id close my eyes and hear and see all these people talking about stuff as if im dreaming and id start talking back to them and then realize i was probaly talking out loud in my sleep hahaha it was a lol exp... :D:D

You could have a REM bound and jump into a REM period when you go to sleep if you are tired :)

hmm

so the more tired you are the more chance of a LD

i was on a greyhound bus for 3 days barely got any sleep then when i finally got sleep i had tons of lucid dreams one night and none the next


ive noticed when i have lucid dreams they come in pairs or more then one useally and i have alot more dreams also just something i noticed

I loved the REM rebound effect. :)
I know it´s not that healthy, but I have some nights ( a lot honestly) in which I dont sleep very long (2-4 hours), so when I lay down for a while a day later I fall into some "daydreaming" state very fast. It´s perfect for LD, but I didnt learn to use it very well so far.
