      [READ] Everything about WILD

Iīve been searching and searching, but Iīve never found it. The complete WILD guide. So I decided to make one.

So this is my objective: Gather ALL the IMPORTANT things about WILD under one guide.
I know, BillyBob has a very good guide, but it aint perfect. It gives a good view on WILD, but not nearly all the information. There are other WILD guides too, but they only give you a simple view on WILD.

I am going to make an entire website dedicated to WILD. It will give you all the information about WILD preparations, execution, daily training, info about brain chemistry, EVERYTHING.

Here is what I want you to do:
Post any good WILD guides you find. Post your personal tips. How have you made success? Just post anything I can use in my guide.

The website itself will simply be a freewebs creation. I will link it later.

I have a self improvised WILD-method I use lately with great success.

I called it Play-Dead-ILD. It is a WILD that can be done succesfully even without WBTB.
      In a Nutshell here's how it's done:

-Just go to bed. Make sure you're calm and relaxed in mind and body.
-Close your eyes and just let spontanious subconscious thoughts come and go. Do not pay them any attention or even show any interrest in them. Ignore these spontanious thoughts and do not React to them with conscious thoughts. Also do not try to still these thoughts or force them away. Just let them come and go. As if they aren't your own thoughts. As if they just happen to pass through your being and nothing more.
-Behave like a Coma patient would: non-responsive to any internal (thoughts, feelings) and external(sounds) stimuli, yet aware of them in a passive way.
-Wait till the first dream starts.
      -Enter. Enjoy
This non-responsive state, borrowed from eastern meditation practices, brings one into a certain trance which causes dreams to start alot sooner. So soon (Got me into a dream in 15 minutes once) that by the time you start dreaming you're daytime consciousness hasn't fully faded out yet. And you're lucid as soon as the dream starts.

It seems quite simple, this non-responsive state of passive awareness, but it is harder to practice than it may seem. To totally understand it and be able to attain this trance state one will have to practice it.

Luminous Spacious Dream Masters That Holographically Communicate
      among other teachers taught me

not to overestimate the Value of our Concrete Knowledge;"Common sense"/Rationality,
for doing so would make us Blind for the unimaginable, unparalleled Capacity of and Wisdom contained within our Felt Knowledge;Subconscious Intuition.

Canīt edit that post for some reason. Anyway, I read the guide. Itīs quite good but it doesnīt explain everything, plus it doesnīt give a solid WILD routine.

EWOLD discusses the traditional techniques to WILD... attention to body (SP), attention to mental tasks (counting, etc.), HH (HIT), visualization (VILD), and DEILD.

A starting point would be to understand the differences between all of those.

      Hey ghost,

You might have already seen this, but it contains a lot of valuable information on WILDs.

Also, don't forget to check out all of the tutorials on WILD's on the site, and browse around the WILD subforum to find all the info you need.

      Keep it up !
