Fragments of ¿dream? scenes appear...!
ok, hello to all! I want to tell you what's happening these last days!
last night:
1)
I concentrated on my breath, but because I had no choice..
what happened?
I woke up naturally at 5.30 ( I ALWAYS WAKE UP NATURALLY at that hour, don't know why...it's like a part of myself really want to WILD...it's ok....sometimes it's ok...)
I had problems with my breathing, I found that I couldn't breath naturally, I had to put too much effort on that, because , if not, I would stop breathing!
so, this keep my atention on keep breathing, it was horrible..
I was there concentrating..and in 10 minutes, I lose my consciousness...I start to see , on my black eyelids, an interesting hypnagogia...and then I recover it(consciouness)(not all)
I was like a camera, I was on first person, I was flying on a scene, the scene had two colours...(brown and blue)...
the scene was like LEGO, it was really strange, I knew what was happening, but I heard strange noises too, I thought that I would enter the scene in seconds, it was like I was entering(it started to get vivid)...but I was scared of the sounds...they were of men, they were screaming in a quiet voice...
the hypnagogia dissapeared..I opened my eyes...
maybe that was a FA....I fell asleep =(...
but it's ok...
I must tell,that ALWAYS happens the same thing, I never have the quantity of consciousness to think that maybe I am on a False Awakening scene...
another thing is that always, my hypnagogia is me looking to scenes like that, like flying, but like a camera...like a movie...
so, concentrating on breathing is a good idea!I will keep doing it!
2)
another thing I have to tell you is that I try to WILD on naps sometimes..and ALWAYS happens the same thing...
I lose the consciousness for a second, and when I recover it, I'm with my eyes closed, but on this darkness, there is a little fragment of a scene..it doesn't fill all of my eyes range, just a little bit...
but I always feel discomfort(my neck hurts..I feel very very hot(....temperature)), and the image dissappears...
the image is always good looking...always have colours...
It happened 3 times, the 3 times I tried...
the 3 images(fragments) were:
-A pc...
-A white tile of an tablecloth
-and the last one, today...it was a little part of my room, for a moment I thought I had opened my eyes, but because I knew what was happening, I looked at the image, and it dissapeared in 2 seconds..
so, could you answer me...?
what happened on 1) and 2) ??
I didn't felt any sign of Sleep Paralysis...!
