OK i saw the tutorial on fild but how am i supposed to move my fingers? he says back and forth slowly but do they rub or spread apart?

It doesn't matter how they move, only that you focus thinking about moving your fingers. Use that to ride into the dream, if done correctly, lucidity. ^-^

You do not actualy move your fingers, just flex fingers' muscles a little.
