      Dizziness.

It seems like I'm posting a new WILD tip every two days...
But here; I present to you; dizziness.

It would seem perfect, correct? Especially with the WILD technique which involves you noticing your body slipping out of the covers.

Just a tip, since it helped me sleep last night
The question is What is the question?

And how would I use this 'dizziness' to help me into a dream?
Also, I'm never dizzy when I attempt my WILDs, how would I induce this dizziness?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to disprove anything you say, I'd just like some more info on this.

      Spin a little
I mean, becoming dizzy helps me WILD. Pretty quickly. 10 minutes into SP from beginning of sleep

I guess I'll try it tomorrow. Dizziness is what happens to me when I wild. I have an inner ear problem. When I get dizzy, I know I am close to SP. I guess this will trick my mind into thinking I am already asleep!

What do you exactly mean by 'beginning of sleep'? That you don't wake up after few hours of sleep before attempting WILD?

Interesting, but, unless you have a REM rebound, I don't think you can enter a REM period where most lucid dreams happen, I would think you'll enter an NREM period
