intense WILD, scary at first but now its kool.
so i use the WBTB method because its the easiest for me as of now. i was reading a post yesterday about how a guy drifted out of his dream, but used his hypnagogic imagery to get back into it. so the same thing happened to me, i drifted out. i see hypnagogic imagery of people walkeing by me, like as if on one of those crowded sidewalks. so finally like, my body tightens up i like get pulled into the dream, and sure enough the people are jsut walking by me. about 3 seconds later now, my vision just speeds up and i cant really see and when it stops the creepiest old lady face kept appearing and dissapearing and i couldnt move lol. finally i manage to open my eyes and thankfully the old lady isnt there (i thought it was the odl hag but i guess not). any thoughts?
