The times that I have tried to WILD, I basically just laid in my bed counting breaths for half an hour or so.
When I did this, I never really felt SP kick in, but I always got the numbness and whenever I got up my body was extremely tired like it had just been awoken.
Is it possible that some people just don't really get Sp, only a form of numbness while they are Wilding?
It's possible. I never go into SP when I do WILD:s. I usually get to the numbness and lie still untill it gets real uncomfortable, then I turn on my side and I drift into the dream.
However this night I didn't have to turn to my side, I just flew into the dream right away. This happened after drawing inspiration from this article by adraw: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=61525
I guess the SP comes after I'm thrown into WILD cause of course it happens sometime during the attempt cause it always happen when a person goes to sleep.

The waves could mean you're real close. I usually feel waves when I'm about to enter, but this can also happen a while before I enter. So don't start moving just because you feel waves and sensations. Usually you'll have no doubt when you enter SP.
I started to feel my legs get heavier as the time went on, especially after the waves hit.
I had heard someone here say that meant that you were going into a dream-state, but it could have been just for her.
