Sorry if ive been asking too many questions... im just so eager to LD i want to make sure im am performing the techniques correctly..
okay so ive been looking over many threads about wilds because this type of Lds are the most facinating to me but theres some promblems.
I will go to one thread that says to breath and count and do not let any thoughts enter your brain and if they do calmly go back to counting..and to not stare at any images.
The next thread i go to says to just relaxe try to breath.. and then start to daydreamm....
Isnt a daydream thoughts that in the (Breathing and counting method) something that should be avoided?
It just seems that every thread contridicts the last one i looked at
So im just confused...completly when they say to avoid thoughts entering the mind does this exclude day dreaming...
or when i am daydreaming do i have to count also?
