Was close to wild now I suck
Ok I've tried to wild a few time now the first was when I first went to sleep and the rest were after 4-5hrs sleep. The first time I beleif I got close because I felt like twitches and heard sounds but since then nothing and I think I fall asleep and yes I check for fa as well when this happens with my wbtb I've stated up from 5-30mins and stretched one of these times can anyone help me plz? Am I doing something wrong or is there something else I can do to improve? If u need more info don't hesitate to ask.
