For those who use a timer for WILDs

OK. Since the timer method is used for WILDs I'm posting here. If you've watched the Lucidology videos or Saltcube's then you're familiar with the timer method. For those of you who aren't here's a brief explanation: you get up in the middle of the night since WILD is said to work later on through your sleep cycle and before falling back asleep you (for example) play a mp3 that beeps say every 6 minutes. This is used to trick the body and to be easier to fall into SP. Now...the mp3s I've DLed from lucidology.com SUCK! There's this annoying beep that gets me very stressed and here's the part my idea(if not already thought of by someone else) comes in play. Instead of annoying beeps why not maybe just one beep and afterwards a relaxing pad and a message like "You are dreaming" or "Do a reality check" so that your mind is both relaxed and set on lucid dreaming. Post if you're interested or if you've already thought of something else. I made a Bulgarian version for me :) and I'll upload a link for an English one tomorrow.

Well...anyways...the voice records I used (from my mp3 player) really sucked. Their quality is bad so when I tried the mp3 I made after a WBTB I couldn't really understand what I had said...so there's no point in uploading a shitty quality english version.
