I Cant Do It!
i lay down in my bed (tried with pillow and without, with pillow FTW).
I relax my body till all my muscles are like rubber bands.
Now i become very calm and very loosy feeling.
I think of nothing (not thinking), or i can look inside my eyes at the black.
now i count to 150. Inhale Counting. Exhale 'Im Dreaming'.
Now it gets to the point where everything in my body is bothering me. (because i haven't moved)
so at one point after ALONG period of time i wake up, and then i get pissed off lol.

Of course you can't, you just said so. Don't give up, and keep trying. You'll get it eventually. Gotta keep a cheery disposition, or you wont be able to LD.

Try to WILD immediately after waking up during night. It makes things lot easier.
