does this happen to you? urge to move...

whenever I try to WILD(I tried like 100 times, so problems in the middle of the process of WILD, like urge to move, twitches, urge to swallow, to open my eyes....or things like that, never happen to me)
but my only problem is, I reach a point (can be from 5 minutes to 30 minutes, when first going to bed or in the middle of the night) in where I start to feel super uncomfortable(like the thing jeff777 tells on his thread) and I need to move instantly, because I start to feel sad, angry, mad, and a lot of thins together. so, I move, I change position....what's the problem so?, after 5 seconds of changing position I lose awareness and consciousness instantly and I fall asleep.
I'm experimenting with an special position, so, if you help me here, and I have success, get for sure that I will make a little tutorial on this ;)
my question is, do you people have this problem? or at least, do you experiment this urge to move? what do you do?(for sure, you don't move, that's the next thing I'm going to try, but it's hard...)

I'm not entirely sure what you're saying/asking here. If I were to take a stab in the dark, I would guess that you are losing conscious awareness after the urge to shift your position comes in...and now you're wanting to try to take in suggestions to make a tutorial off of...what exactly? o.o

I'm saying that in middle of WILD, I get an urge to move that is unstoppable, so I move, and after 5 seconds I lose consciousness, I fall asleep.
I want people experiences about this.
about the tutorial, it doesn't care for now.

I've felt it. Only, my genius body knows EXACTLY how to get me to move, by quickening my breath as well as causing discomfort. The resulting discomfort, the first time I experienced it, was so intense and unexpected that I drove myself into a panic attack (for those of you who don't know, a panic attack is when your body releases massive amounts of stress hormones all at once. This can cause pounding heart, dangerously fast breath, felling like you are dying or having a heart attack, gut-wrenching fear... You get the picture.)

As a result of the panic attack, I've had difficulty getting past the discomfort part. My body recognizes it and sets into panic mode again. *shudder*

I always feel the urge (but it's usually more of a "I give up" feeling than an itch or something like that). Sometimes I'll give up and move to another position, but in doing so I know that that means I'll fall asleep faster and I pay more attention because of it which sometimes leads to a WILD (but usually not). Rarely have I been able to ignore the feeling and wait longer and end up with a WILD without moving at all.
