      Ideal timing for afternoon WILD

I have a rather limited undrestanding of REM cycles, so I just have a simple question: Assuming I wake for the day at 9:45 AM, what is the ideal time to give an afternoon WILD a try?

      There's not a time if it's nap...

Huh? You mean you can't WILD with a nap? The tutorial says differently...

Or did you mean it doesn't matter what time? I'm sort of curious about this too, actually.

3 or 4 PM would probably be a good time. and it helps if you've slept less than normal the night before.
It is sometimes an appropriate response to reality to go insane.

I've come close to WILDing in afternoon naps, and those have ranged from the middle of the afternoon to late in the evening (about four hours before I was going to go to bed), so it's your call. Experiment and find what is best for you.
      ...And then to dream...
