For the past two mornings, I have been WBTB. The only problem is, I keep falling asleep afterwards! I get so mad and then I lose the happy mood I was in before. Is there anything I can do to keep myself awake so I don't go back to sleep?

You could put your alarm clock or whatever it is that you use to get up across the room so you need to get up and out of bed to turn it off. While you are up I suggest that you take a cold shower if you can, this wakes up the mind. Just get out of bed and do it, I wish you the best of luck!
