Hey all! For the past few months I've been trying to WILD each night and I have a very big roadblock. Everytime I feel SP is about to come my mind stops wondering around and it focuses on the body going into SP thus not going to SP. Any tips on that?
What I like to do to get by this stage, is listen. Once SP sets in, just listen to your surroundings. Listen for auditory hallucinations if you find that your visuals have ceased. Listening can keep your mind on the hallucinations rather then the "idea" of SP. Just stay as calm as possible! Hope this helps, good luck to you!
