Uhh was this suppose to happen?

Hello,
ive attempted the wild technique for quite sometime and i haven't done it in a few months because i haven't had any luck.
Last night i went to bed around 11:30ish and didn't fall asleep around 3 am
around 1:30 my body paralyzed and i didn't know why cause i didn't force it and i decided to continue with it and my limbs were paralyzed my teeth were aching??
i felt the pressure on my stomach and i saw all those colors and shadows but all of a sudden everything became 10x worse and then i started to feel like i was falling my head began to spin. my head felt like it was being squeesed the pressure was just bearable and when i thought about someone it became worse everything was just going crazy.
then it all stopped?
what happened?? was that suppose to happen?

That was SP. If you can relax through the SP and visualize a dream scene, you should soon jump into a lucid dream. Most people freak out like that during their first known SP. But this happens to everyone every single time you go to sleep. You normally just don't notice it because your mind is already asleep.

That's completely normal for SP, just try to relax and observe the things you see and hear (just dont focus on them too hard), and remember that you can't be hurt because it's all in your head. As Conzo said, it's a completely natural process and happens every time you fall asleep. Just sit back and watch and eventually you'll wake up in a dream.

I can relate; some of my SP episodes are insanely scary. I actually feel things stabbing me and cutting into me, which is rare, I think. Unfortunately, there's nothing that can cure scary SP as much as visualizing a dream scene or trying to relax, just like they said above. It'll get better as you experience it more. Keep trying.
