Hi this is a bit of a silly question i guess as last night i started to get a cold and have a slight cough well today its worse .. ive had lots of lucid dreams in the past but none lately ... just woundering if its still possible to wild with a cough as i still cough even when im asleep .. thanks if anyone knows :P
Bleh welcome to winter. I have a cold/cough too. It is probably likely that it would effect your ability to WILD...but you never know...so I wouldn't say it's not worth still giving it a shot at least. But when I WILD I'm very particular about my breathing, so if there is anything weird going on there, I get very distracted. If you have a stuffy nose I imagine it would make it really difficult unless you're used to breathing out of your mouth.
thanks for replying :) well my nose is not blocked just yet .. only have a sore throat and a cough ..guess il give it ago im going to go to bed before 2-3am tonight as im tired most likely due to this damn cold but i will post back tomorow and say how it went thanks again .Quote:

Most cough medicine contains DMX - a well know onierogen (lucid aid). Go to the lucid aid section and check out the Lucid Aids Repository.
Pop some Robitussin -they will suppress your coughing and give you more dreams.
Since I started trying to WILD about a week back I've had a blocked nose which just makes regular and relaxed breathing slightly more difficult, but I'm sure it's still possible.

hmm well no wild but some crazy dreams !!
also the other night i had a dream were i jumped into a swimming pool ..and it was deeper than i had imagined... i thought ill hold my breath touch the bottem then zoom back up well the bottem was a long way away :) before i even got there i was struggling to breath finnally i touched the floor
i tried to push off really fast but it just felt slow as hell !! anyway i was really needing some oxygen about then but the climb up was just as bad
i never reached the top of the water again but awoke faster than i hav in a long time !!!
to find myself taking in the deepest possible breath lol so i can only imagine i must have held my breath while asleep !! luckily its not possible to kill yourself by holding your breath or i could have been deadout :O
