Reverse blinking is when you do a reverse blink. Instead of having your eyes open for 5 seconds and closed.. you do it in reverse. So have your eyes closed for 5 seconds and then open and close them.

I do the breathing technique. Just focus on your breathing but not too hard or you'll be awake for a while. Try counting how much you breath. Try to keep your mind empty and focus on the breathing. You should be feeling vibration after 10 to 30 minutes. And the rest is self-explanatory, sleep paralysis.
Thanks I think that might have been my problem...I concentrate to hard on my breathing
