Ok, so this morning, I decided to do try WBTB. I woke up from a very elaborate and vivid dream, so i figured that I would try to go back to it. So I would lie there and imagine it, and after a few seconds I would be there, only thing is that I would also feel My real body. It was like a daydream, but a bit more realistic.
This is not at all like when I had my DIELD where I just got dizzy and was in a dream, so how do I progress into the dream state. Also, I felt no SP
