when i try and WILD, i get up after about 5 hours of sleep...go get a cup of milk and drink it...and multiply in my head......then i go back to bed...try to back attention for literally about 10 seconds and fall asleep.....what do you do to keep your mind awake enough but not too awake that you have trouble falling back to sleep????
