last couple times I've fallen asleep . Does this just mean I need to wake up more by multiplication in my head before trying. I didn't figure I had to since I'd been up all day and it was a nap, but do I still have to?

Oh, and does it matter how frequently you try? I've been trying about 2 times a day, do I have to give it a rest for a couple of days or can I keep going?

It works best when you wake up in the middle of the night then you're out in 20 seconds and its VERY fresh in your mind.

If you fell asleep during a nap, odds are you just got distracted and before you know it, you're passed out. Try to concentrate more, but too much.

Meh. When I try to WILD I get some weird sensations, kind of like OP described. I'll just be sitting there, relaxing, right? Then all of a sudden I start... shivering I guess. My eyes also spaz out so much that they open and that I have to break concentration to force them shut.

Yeah, my eyes do the same thing, it's frustrating -.-'

Hey, does it help to be well rested to lucid dream, 'cause I don't get much sleep unless I'm on holiday for school. It seems strange because ever since school's started back up and I'm getting less sleep it seems I'm farther and farther away from SP. Should I be getting to bed earlier? If I'm waking up close to 8 a.m. every morning when's the ideal time to go to bed the night before so that I can try to WILD without being so tired I fall asleep?
