      You are dreaming

I've had the same problem!!! I can feel my body slippin into SP, and I get a little excited, so I try to focus on my breathing but I just end up falling asleep.

I end up getting horribly uncomfortable, and have to go out of SP. I have nearly done WILD once or twice, but the hardest part is getting comfortable, since I tend to move a lot in my sleep.

I've fallen asleep the last couple times too, but I think maybe I've found the problem, maybe you have the same problem . I think you just have to wake up a bit before you try, try something like multiplying in your head for a while (just simple multiplication should too, but it should make you more aware). I don't know, I could be wrong because I haven't gotten into full SP yet...

Good Thread. I've tried WILD for the past two days with the same basic problem. For me mostly I have trouble keeping my mouth/teeth still. Also I drift off and sometimes forget what i'm doing. I tried the counting with a bit of success.. We'll see what happens tommorow!
