The biggest FILD problem.

I had few successful Lucid Dreams while using FILD tech. But still, there is one problem I can't solve myself. Only because of this problem I can't FILD everynight. Once I start concentrating on moving my fingers, about 30 seconds after that, I am starting to enter my dream. But then... Something flashes throu my head (it's like, someone wakes me up) and dream vanishes. After that I do not want to sleep anymore even if it's middle of the night. It's not because of my concentration, or is it? I meditate often, I can clear my mind and focus only on my fingers. So please, help me to solve this problem. Do you have any suggestions?

I read somewhere that you shouldn't concentrate on your finhers, you should just do it passively in the background. Not sure if that's right though, I'm by no means an expert!

Did you do a reality check just after the flash?, you might have had a false a false awakening.
