WILD help please
Ok so I did my research and it's clearly obvious that WILD is the best method. Ok I go to sleep, wake up 5 hrs after... I use ninjas (a guy on this forum) breathing techniqe. I feel vibrations and heaviness all over me but it stops at my chest. I really want to have a WILD please help

Here's a method I think works.
When you're relaxed to the point to where your vision is dark (with closed eyes) then imagine there's an object about 10 feet away from you in the darkness. Focus on that object and what's happening is you're using your imagination to make it like your in a full, dark landscape. Message me and tell me whether or not it works. :)
