The ONLY THING that's keeping me from getting into SP

I've been trying to get into SP for the past few days, but I can't because my eyes never stop twitching when they're closed. I've tried to focus on my breaths, and I manage to get my eyes to sit still for a couple of seconds. However, once I even think about eyesight or my eyes, my eyes just twitch and all my progress is gone. Is there any way to stop my eyes from twitching?

DayDream, I almost always daydream. And it keeps my mind busy. When i start to feel SP come along, I start to slow down on the day dreaming so i don't fall asleep.

Fluttering eyelids occur when you focus too much on the physical, try imagining something outside of your physical reality and focus on it using your power of imagination :D
