Going WILD!
So I've always tried to avoid sleep paralysis, I've never Lucid Dreamed. But recently I've really wanted to have one, my dream recall is improving, so I'm going for a WILD.
So I've always tried to avoid sleep paralysis, because I've always been scared of it, I've heard bad stories about it, but I think if I do it in the day in stead of at night I could stand it. I've read some experiences and tutorials and want to know how you guys get the best WILD's. So I want to know some really good relaxation techniques and what to do when your in it. So I don't stuff it up. And I think I remember reading somewhere that you could control it? Is this true?

Lack of sleep can induce wilds sometimes. So maybe try waking up early in the morning, say around 4 or 5 am and lay there and see what happens.
