Ok, so I have been trying to WILD last 3-4days, and one thing screws the whole attempt all the times.
I was lying on the bad and after few moments I started seeing some colors and stuff. But after a few minutes, some random picture and voice just flashes and scares me (Not because they are scary, but because they just flash before my eyes out of nowhere) and that causes me to move and screws up everything. It's really frustrating, and any help would be appreciated :)

Try not to focus primarily on the HI, you could try counting or thinking about what you like to do when your lucid, or even throw a little MILD in and affirm that you will be lucid or you'll remember the dream.

Thats happened to me in my few attempts, or another thing is that yesterday my hand just naturally moved itself, or another attempt i was getting into it, was breathing slow then suddenly something just made me gasp for breath which ruined it all.
My simple answer is: Get used to it. Repeat and gather experience. Such things require to be conquered.
