Small SP Question

I know this is a silly question, but I'm kinda confused.

When my lungs expand when breathing and my chest moves, does that count as moving?

I keep going in circles when I try to think about it. :P

Sorry if this is the wrong section, I wasn't sure if WILD and SP were separate.

Yes, I suppose it's moving, but it's one of the body's natural processes, so it doesn't count.
