So last night i decided to attempt to WILD. I went to sleep at around 11pm and i set the alarm for 5:15am. But for some reason i woke up before the alarm was ment to go off, and this normally never happens. Any ideas on how to avoid this?

How much earlier did you awake? I wouldn't really consider this a problem, it means your body's starting to wake you up before a REM cycle. That's actually a great advantage, my body works the same way.
If you recall having a fraction of a dream just before waking up, then I'd say that's the case.
That makes sense. Thanks for the advice. I guess i did not stay up long enough to successfully do it.
It could have been the intent to wake up at that time. The first time I tried to WILD I was able to wake up at 6:00 a number of times just by intent (no alarm or other outside method of waking myself up). I'm fairly sure it wasn't just coincidence because I typically sleep straight through the night.
