What happened? o.o;;;;

Well, I woke up at 4:30AM (5 hours and a half of sleep), I stayed awake for 1 hour again and then tried to WILD, I was lying down waiting, imagining a dream scene in my mind, I rolled to other sides 1 or 2 times and then all of a sudden Idk what happened but I think I started dreaming, I was still lying in my bed WILDing, but I gave up, I sitted up on my bed and on my bed was my dog (How did it get here, the door is closed? o.o) the dog was happy to see me so I took her in my hands, brought her close to my head and she licks my nose, BUT as she licks my nose my eyes close, I fall over in my bed shaking all over and I hear that loud buzzing noise in my ears, I say to myself that WILDing has somehow started and start saying to myself "1, I'm dreaming, 2, I'm dreaming,..." and so on, but nothing seems to happen, it stops. I open my eyes, the dog is gone then my eyes shut closed again and again I hear that buzzing sound REALLY loud again shaking after a moment it stops, I sit on my bed and think to myself "What is going on!?" then I fall on my floor shaking all over and hearing the loud buzzing sound again, I manage to turn around and open my eyes, the sound is there and I am shaking all over, I see my younger sister looking at me scared, I manage to extend my arm up to her (Bunk-Bed) and say "H...h-help!" She get's scared even more and just hides I stay there shaking for a little while and then I "Wake up" (Well get back to reality).

What in the world happened? I was doing a WILD before "Dreaming" that and this was...my first dream in first person o.o;;;;
