This SP? Because I'm not totally sure

So the other day I was home sick laying in bed, and i decided to try a WILD, first time. I layed still for a good amount of time until my body locked up and intense pulsing vibrations happen along with the loud staticy noises, i read about it before but it was still pretty loud and weird. I was pretty determined to stay with it until i went lucid, but it got pretty crazy with the HH, and i forcefuly thrusted my eyes open and they opened, the sounds faded, that was SP right? If it was is there anyway to make it less crazy, cuz that was pretty creepy and pretty demoralizing lol
