Gah, so close!
Just had an afternoon nap, and got really close to having my first successful WILD! Only problem is.. I've been really close several times. :? After laying completely still for about 10 minutes and almost dozing off a couple of times, it felt like my head and feet started moving backwards, as if my bed started turning into a cylinder, and I had this noisy pressure in my ears. I started thinking "1, I'm dreaming, 2, I'm dreaming" as to not fall asleep, but after a couple of seconds the strange feeling vanished and I was back pre-sleeping. I've experienced this so many times, it's getting a bit frustrating. After I come back from being on the brink of succeding, I can never manage to try again, but fall asleep instead. I think I'm getting too excited, but this time I really tried to ignore all the sensations and just let it happen. I don't know what to do though. :cheeky:
Oh, and when is SP supposed to occur? All throughout this I know I would have been able to move any limb I wanted if I had reason to.

Haha, this happens to me, but after a while, my hands and feet becomes kind of numb, then the rest of my body and it feels like my body is floating or I am floating out of my body, but then it becomes unbearable and I need to move, it's weird!

I totally know what you mean by your body going kind of numb. It's like you CAN move, but it's way more easy to not fire off a single impulse to your muscles than it is when you've just gone to bed. This isn't real SP though, right? I thought SP pretty much made you lose all control over your body.

Uhm no, this isn't SP... Well, not full SP. I have had SP twice before (to my knowledge) and both times happened one day after the other. I was literally paralysed and I couldn't breathe. I kept trying to move myself but I physically just could not do it no matter how hard I tried, then right at the last minute I got up and took in a huge breath... Very scary lol because I actually thought I was going to suffocate and die. Apparently that isn't what happens to everyone in SP though, so other people will experience other things. Both times this happened I was lying on my back, arms down by my side and legs straight.
