Which are the ways your dreams start in a WILD?

I was wondering if there are diferent ways a dream starts during a WILD or it is allways the same for everyone?
Does it allways starts with a stationary situation? should we consider the body sensations (spinning, waving, etc) as part of the dream? There's a point when my thoughts start becoming more and more realistic images, should I consider it as part of the dream?
Recently I had a chain of DEILDs where I allways started staring at an almost stationary dreamscape where I eventually got to move, first my eyes, then my head, my arms and finally my legs.
Once I was woke up inside the dream by a nurse who hit the table where I was "sleeping".
I would like to know some other ways you get into the dream during your WILD's.
