Need some Advce
well i have been trying to do the technique where you lie very still and wait for your body to fall asleep before your mind does. And everytime i do it i either fall asleep or am not able to ignore the really itchy spots i get. Does anyone have some ways that they ignore these signs? thanks

Try focusing on your breathing. Count your breaths if you need to. This will help keep your mind awake while your body settles itself. If sleep paralysis doesn't begin to set in after a while, starting with your feet, focus on each body part and feel it warming up and beginning to sink. Move up slowly to your head and you should feel SP come in a wave from bottom to top. This has worked for me so maybe it will work for you. Good luck :)

The counting breaths method works for me. The best way to prevent itching is to change your sheets the night before you WILD, and shower to (not saying you wouldn't do that already).
