Need some help with WILD

I've been exploring with DILD for about a half an year now, and (since it was so random at times ==") I have decided to try WILDing a since a month ago. So far so good, I can get myself to go in a "trance" where I can drift myself enough to notice sounds that are coming to my mind.

The problem lies here. It seems I can't control that state well. I usually hear the songs and musics I hear, and it is REALLY realistic to me (partially because I hear music all day :P) Is there anything that helps to get me focused on that state enough to be successful in WILDing?

(Kind of off-topic, but Q2, what can make DILDing longer???)
