... if you are entering directly in a dream?
I know that in REM the dreams are more real, and you is more aware.. but you dont need to be aware because you will enter the dream, knowing you are in a dream, and you being in the control of the dream, you can make it clear like everyone does when get a DILD!
So what is the point of attempting WILD on REM sleep, and not just before bed?
(i know you can try before bed time, but ppl say dont recommend it!)
Easier to get SP maybe?

Actually for me its harder, because i give up easily when i do a WBTB..
and before bed i have focus on what i want, and can easily enter SP..
when you try without being in rem sleep your dream is much less real and they dont last long, thats why trying to WILD whilst in REM is better.

Like in a normal DILD, ppl can do it, just commanding the dream, to be more vivid, and stuff?
Your most intense, vivid, and memorable dreams occur during REM. I don't know why you'd want to be lucid anytime else. Even if you managed getting lucid from a non-REM dream, stabilization would be tricky at best, and it's likely the dream wouldn't last longer than a minute or two. But if you want crappy LDs badly enough to go through the hassle of a WILD attempt right when going to bed, all the more power to you. I'll stick with my lengthy and quality LDs, thanks.
