Natural lucid dreamer

Name often attributed to those who began lucid dreaming at a very young age, or that can lucid dream practically at will. The person is simply capable of recognizing that he/she is dreaming without any conscious effort. Natural lucid dreamer also refers to someone who doesn't use any kind of supplement in order to have lucid dreams, but this designation is rarely used.
