Tell Me How to Eat Correctly
I've been eating way too much recently, mainly shortbreads and chocolate roll. And i'm getting fatter by the day. So i'm doing something about it over these two weeks i have off.
I've never really found an eating pattern that truly helps me lose weight, not fast at least. When i say fat i don't mean results in days, i'm talking gradual results, maybe if i lost a few pounds each week if i combined it with exercise. The last success i had was difficult because though i was eating little and exercising a lot, i was losing weight at a veeeeerrrryyy slow rate.
So yeah, as the title suggests, tell me how to eat correctly, what should be in my diet and how can i change my diet to help me lose some weight?
