I'm sure there are plenty floating around here on the forums, but does anybody have a program that has alarms or like a series of beeps to help you DIELD?
Also, preferably for Mac if you can! If not, I can probably find ways around it. Thanks!

I did and found nothing. For some reason, the search bar works absolutly horrendous for me and never even comes close to what I'm looking for. But thanks for the link, I'm gonna check it out.Quote:

Yes, I have been trying it the past few nights and see it as an excellent way to get lucid but I still am tinkering with it a little bit
