My Lucid Techniqe
I have just started using this technique about 2 weeks ago and it works almost every time FOR ME, im not saying this is the way to get 100% success for anyone. Over the 2 weeks i attempted it 10 times and it has worked 9 times. WARNING:If attempted you will lose sleep.
I did it 2 times on accident. I then realized these two LDs had something in common, the technique. It started when i stayed up until 1am on a Monday night which was not the best idea considering i had to get up at 7 for school. i went woke up, got through school and when i got home i took a nap for a good 2-3 hours on accident, i just sorta nodded off while sitting on me couch. So that night i ended up going to bed at 1 again but this time, for the first time, i went into sleep paralysis and had a WILD. It was a nice surprise, but the next day i took nap for about 1 1/2 hours and then went to bed at 1, this time i had a DILD. so noticing this the next morning i began doing it over 2 weeks taking breaks every now and then to account for the loss of sleep and almost every time i had a LD. Im not sure if someone as already posted some technique like this but Im just sharing my experiences that may help some people.
The technique is this
1.Get 4-6 hours of sleep one night
2.Take a 2-3 hour nap in the late afternoon (4pm-7pm)
3.Go to sleep
4. Hopefully LD

It's funny because that IS my normal sleep schedule and I do agree there's something about it that works. I think maybe the nap earlier in the day sets us up to dream earlier in the night.

That was my schedule all of last year, and not a single LD.
Back then I wasn't good at it though...
I'd try this but I'm so scared of getting back into that awful pattern.
