It's funny because that IS my normal sleep schedule and I do agree there's something about it that works. I think maybe the nap earlier in the day sets us up to dream earlier in the night. |

I have just started using this technique about 2 weeks ago and it works almost every time FOR ME, im not saying this is the way to get 100% success for anyone. Over the 2 weeks i attempted it 10 times and it has worked 9 times. WARNING:If attempted you will lose sleep. |

Dream Goals:
1.Have an induced LD.[X]
2.Fly[X]
3.Jump off a skyscraper[]
4.Do a Kamehameha[X]
5.Have a HUGE, EPIC battle with a lot of explosions with my best friend.[]
