I'd recommend you sleep at 11.30 til 7.30 as regularly as possible, 8 hours regular sleep is a pretty important factor when trying to LD.
When it comes to technique, you can always stick with DILD as a backup as this obviously needs no real preparation, only reality checking during the day and looking for dream signs. Other than that I'd stick to WILD and possibly WBTB when doing it. If you keep to the sleep schedule above and wake yourself up briefly at 5.30 each morning, your chances of LDing will probably be a lot higher. But it's different for different people, give each technique a try and see what works for you :)
