Using bad habits to your advantage?
I was thinking today about how i could get back into the routine of doing rc's during the day. With school, work, and other things occupying my mind during the day; it is extremely easy to forget about lucid dreaming and rc's. I also have a bad habit of biting or picking at my lower lip. It gets sore, looks bad, and what girl would want to kiss lips like that (not like that's much of a problem right now :P). Anyway, everytime i catch myself biting my lip or about to do it (which is really frequent, especially when i'm stressed out); i'll stop myself and do a reality check instead. So the idea is to hopefully kick a bad habit and replace it with a new good one that will help with my lding. I'm optimistic that this will work. I encourage other people to try it too. Maybe you don't bite your lip, but maybe you bite your nails, pick your nose, or __________ (fill in the blank with your own personal bad habit). Might as well get two birds with one stone. Any thoughts?
