You could tell me I can't but I probably won't listen
I know it's possible, for very few people. I said that in my first post. It's more chronic in people who fear it, that's when it happens more often. Obviously, if you have an irregular sleep schedule or are stressed (don't forget a combination of both of these) leads to a higher chance of (real) sleep paralysis. The people who 'suffer' from it, or that it happens very often to are probably able to do this but then again they probably don't want it. For the rest of us, there's naps
