Alright. WEEK 2!!!!!!
Not doing something:
Try not to cross your legs for as long as you can. Don't cross even if you are lying in your bed or sitting in your chair, or standing somewhere.
it may look easy. well, just try it ;D.
Practice:
1. When you eat, first eat your second dish or dessert and only then go to the main dish. First drink, than eat. You have to do everything which is related to eating backwards. it will help you stay aware when you are eating.
2. When you are walking STOP for one minute. Observe evertyhing around you. Stay still and than walk again. It will impress you.

Alright. Week3!!!!
1. When you do something uncounsciously (like tieing shoes, or dressing up (I chose dressing up)) be sure to be near turned on tv. Now, your job is to do the thing you chose and don't look at tv even once. You are forced to do it counsciously now. do this once a day.
2. Again, chose something you do uncounsciously, but now, something which takes mroe time. For example, washing the dishes. Do it FULLY AWARE. concentrate on it. If you washing dishes concentrate on water which cleans all the nasty things, on how your arms move and so on. Do it AT LEAST once a day.
3. This is rather strange one. You can choose whether to do it or not. When you are at a party (or somewhere else) and you feel, that you are almost drunk try calling your parents or boss and act as you are at normal state. Try to fool your mind.

I've been doing this for four days now, the writing thing does nothing. But the walking 4x slower helps a lot coupled with ADA you will see dramatic results (Dream recall increases, general awareness increases all around you), things will be running smoothly when people relly on you. Especially if you have a job that you can do ADA at, along with walking a little slower, it increases your focus and your consistency.
