MILD's or WILD's while using music.

hey there!

i have been wondering for a while if listening to music while trying to sleep would affect my dreams and if i can possibly MILD or WILD while listening to music. has it been done before? is it affective? will i receive pie at the end for trying?

I have actually tried it before and Ive been wondering the same thing, i read somewhere that depending on what you're listening to can determine the contents of your dreams, hit me up if you find anything.

I always thought it could be helpful to induce a lucid dream, like if you hear a certain song in a dream that you associate with dreaming it might help you realize you're dreaming. I have never tried it though nor have I ever heard of anyone having a lot of success with it. Definitely seems doable though.

But faceonmars. I personally have experienced this. I slept through an alarm once, i could hear it in the dream.
