what do I have to keep in midn while doing WILD?

I keep ending up, awake in the mornin cause when I WILD, I fall asleep a bit after the HI images and the fake sounds. I it's at the vibration stage where I fall asleep. I wanna get somethign straight. Do I have to keep counting and telling myself that I'm dreaming throughout the whole process until I actually enter dreaming stage and stay focused and relaxed? and is that all I'm supposed to do (staying focused and relaxed by counting and etc)?

If you can get to the WILD phase, keep calm and focus on something (like a place where you want to end up)
After you feel the "vibrations" for about 40sec - 1 min, look at your digital clock... More then 80% of my WILDs started in my bedroom. So if you dont see/feel any change, do a RC. If you failed, try again :P
